With every best intention, I never seem to be able to post here more often than once every couple of weeks; certainly I run this blog for fun, however as we have not long returned from a wonderful trip to Europe I realised that at my current pace it would take me years to post all of the images. Consequently I have decided to try and post one simple image a day, rather than a undertake a photographic essay every time…
As such, this is the final image from New Zealand, even though I still have some as yet unprocessed files which I may return to at a later date…
This 30 second exposure was captured during a hike around Mount Cook using the Canon 5D Mk III and 24-70 f2.8 L II USM

Gorgeous B&W image! Sometimes less is more. There are no rules to blogging… whatever works for you!
Thanks Denise, and I absolutely agree there are no rules…it’s more of a call to action for myself, as I have occasionally been known to procrastinate 😉
It is up to you, Michael, but a form of photographic essay was much more impressive, at least for me.
Yes I know what you mean Victor, the problem is it just takes so much time, that I end up posting a lot of images very sporadically. My plan is to stick to one pic a day, interspersed with a few essays every so often… Thanks for commenting btw, and I hope you are well!
I have understood you, Michael. Thank you.
