A weekend in Hobart…

Despite having lived in Australia for almost 18 years, I had never managed to make a trip down to Tasmania; that is, until two weeks ago whereby Melinda and I booked a short weekend break to the city of Hobart, hopped on a plane and 50 minutes later were in Tassie.

We booked a very simple one bedroom apartment at the Zero Davey Boutique hotel in Hobart’s port area, just a 10 minute walk to the popular Salamanca  market area. As we walked across the port area towards Grape Bar and Tapas located in Salamanca Place, I could not resist capturing the following images…

More to follow as I can process the files; in the meantime, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year everyone!

    1. Hi Tony, apologies for the delay in getting back to you, I’m overseas at the moment with very limited wifi. We loved Hobart, and I’m looking forward to processing the rest of my images when I get home! All the best for 2015 and thank you for commenting.
