This panorama was taken a short drive from Beaune, although I honestly cannot remember the name of the little town. As is typical for the region, it was relatively small, beautiful with narrow windy roads and surrounded by vineyards. After a brief stopover for lunch, we headed on towards our overnight destination of Dijon, stopping at a number of the little towns along the route and sampling the wonderful local wines.
