This Chateau, which was built between 1518 and 1527, is simply stunning… We stayed in the town and so it was only a 2 minute walk to the walled gardens of the Chateau on what was thankfully a relatively sunny morning. While we would not have the time to go into every Chateau on our list, this one was quite small and was definitely one I wanted to explore… This is naturally an image heavy post…I was in architectural photographer heaven!!!

Having walked around the Chateau, it was time to enjoy the interior before the rush of other visitors…

Of course I could not resist wandering around the outside again, taking more images as the light changed.

Hello. I am doing a project on this beautiful chateau for school. Would you mind if I used your photographs?
Hi Gwen, yes that’s fine as long as it is not for commercial usage – a credit would be nice! Good luck with it and do let me know if you need any further information? Regards, Michael
